Clinical Placements 

InPlace is the School of Nursing’s new clinical placement management system that allows you to see your clinical placement information, track your progress and check for tasks that you need to complete. Please review this instruction sheet to learn how to access InPlace from your computer or mobile device. Questions may be directed to the Office of Clinical Placements.

Please note, study list changes and Leave of Absence/Withdrawall/Readmission petitions are now submitted online via the Student Portal.

Campus Student Information
Student Disability Services (SDS)—UCSF is committed to ensuring access to graduate education for all students. Early communication with the relevant administrators is critical to successful partnership in arranging accommodations. SDS is the appropriate and confidential office for seeking accommodations, and will coordinate communications and procedures with you and the graduate faculty and programs. Students seeking accommodations or disability services at UCSF must first register following the student disability services registration process (use this link instead of the PDF).  Once registered with SDS to receive approved accommodations, each quarter students will then need to take the following steps to notify faculty (

International Students and Scholars Office: International (non-USA) students may be required to complete specific pre-enrollment tasks, and then other continuing requirements after beginning their coursework.
