The Office of Student Affairs supports and assists prospective students, current students and alumni in a variety of capacities. Our dedicated staff is here to guide you through the admissions process, orient you to the School of Nursing as a newly admitted student, assist you in finding scholarships and grants to support your education, help you progress through your program, and prepare you for commencement and beyond. You may call or come by the office Mondays through Fridays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Associated Students of the School of Nursing (ASSN) is the official organization that represents students at the School of Nursing.
The Student Funding Office assists students with scholarships and grants to support their graduate education.
Enrollment and Degree Verifications
Students can produce an enrollment verification in the UCSF student portal. Access this function under the "Study List and Grades" tab. Self-service enrollment verifications are free of charge. If an employer would like to request a degree verification, please refer the employer to the information on the UCSF Office of the Registrar website.
Search available teaching assistant, research assistant, and other positions available at the School of Nursing that are open to master's and doctoral students who are enrolled in our programs.
