The Education Technology and Curricular Innovation Hub (EdTech Hub) partners with School of Nursing faculty and staff to create engaging, accessible, and effective learning experiences.
Our team brings together expertise in instructional design, educational technology, and curriculum to help educators design and improve courses, select and use learning technologies, and apply evidence-informed teaching practices across in-person, hybrid, and online environments. This approach reflects our focus on matching instructional strategies and technology to learning objectives, while creating opportunities for engagement and community.
What We Do
We support faculty and programs with:
- Course design and development — designing, developing, and improving courses and learning experiences
- Canvas and educational technology — helping faculty effectively use Canvas and other technologies to support teaching and learning
- Curriculum support — supporting curriculum development, organization, and management
- Teaching and learning consultation — applying evidence-informed, students-centered instructional strategies
- Faculty development — providing training, workshops, and individualized consultation
- Accessibility and inclusive design — helping create accessible course materials and learning experiences
- Educational innovation — exploring and implementing new approaches to engagement, collaboration, assessment, and feedback
