Interested in improving your knowledge and skills in caring for transgender and gender-nonconforming (TGNC) patients? And getting free CEU? Sign up for the online training for Transgender And Gender-Nonconforming (TGNC) Care 101 For Nursing Preceptors. Content will include a beginner’s level overview of TGNC care for clinicians and preceptors, including an overview of gender identity terminology, mental and physical health disparities, common barriers to health and health care, professional standards of care, and how to best model these when precepting.
