Elizabeth Gatewood, Assistant Dean, Curriculum and Innovation
Elizabeth Gatewood leads the Education Technology hub within the School of Nursing, supporting the development of progressive approaches for the preparation of future advanced practice nursing leaders. Xinxin Huang, Senior Educational Technologist
Xinxin’s work focuses on leveraging technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences, including integrating generative AI-powered clinical coaching tools into nursing simulations, and supporting faculty in implementing technology-enhanced teaching strategies. With over 20 years of experience at the UCSF School of Nursing, she is dedicated to advancing innovative, evidence-based educational practices in nursing. Her expertise includes faculty training, improving student engagement in remote learning, and designing online, hybrid, and hyflex courses. Outside of work, Xinxin enjoys gardening.
Konstantina Seni, Instructional Designer
Konstantina has been part of the EdTech Hub team since 2023. Her path into the field started with a bachelor's degree in English language and literature and tutoring ESL learners, followed by a master's degree in instructional technologies. She partners with faculty through every step of curriculum redesign, from aligning program outcomes with course objectives to building solutions that strengthen the student learning experience. Across all of it, her goal is the same: learning experiences that make expectations clear and help students feel they belong. Outside of work, Konstantina loves doing DIY projects, and reorganizing things in the house or out in the garden.
Peter Wright, Instructional Designer
Peter Wright provides learning experience design and educational technology systems management expertise to the EdTech Hub and MS-HAIL programs. Focus areas include online/blended course design models, curricular mapping, and video production.
