A study by Jason Flatt, PhD, MPH, assistant professor in the Institute for Health & Aging, was the focus of a recent article in U.S. News & World Report. The study, which Flatt presented at the 2018 Alzheimer’s Association International Conference in Chicago last month, is the first to examine the prevalence of dementia among a large population of LGTB seniors age 60 and older.
