Program Overview

The program is designed to prepare graduates with a unique understanding of the context, competencies, knowledge and skills to ensure high quality care and outcomes in the ever-evolving healthcare arena.

The MS in Healthcare Administration and Interprofessional Leadership curriculum has 4 focus areas: 1) leadership; 2) health systems research, data management and evaluation; 3) interprofessional practice, and 4) health systems management. Each area includes content related to organizational complexity, leadership, innovation, healthcare policy and economics, business practices, and management of social and human capital.
