Annette L. Gardner, PhD, MPH, assistant professor in the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences and affiliated faculty at the Philip R. Lee Institute for Health Policy Studies, and the institute’s director, Claire D. Brindis, DrPH, PRL-IHPS, recently spoke at Stanford’s WSD Handa Center for Human Rights and International Justice on how to evaluate advocacy effectiveness using frameworks and methods described in their new book, Advocacy and Policy Change Evaluation: Theory and Change(Stanford University Press, 2017).
