GSR for COVID-19 Study

Job Description:

Assistant professor Jerry John Nutor, PhD, RN, MS, is conducting a study to explore the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the mental health and well-being of Black and Latinx nurses in California.

The responsibilities of the Graduate Research Assistant (GSR) will include assisting the Principal Investigator (PI) with study preparation and recruiting nurses to participate in an online survey. Other tasks include limited data analysis, database development, assistance with filling regulatory documents and other tasks as requested by the PI.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current graduate student 
  • Experience with conducting literature review and building table of evidence 
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word   
  • Strong attention to detail and well organized 

Time Commitment and Compensation: 

This position is 20 hours per week. Compensation will be $33.00/hour.
