Biography
Dr. Marianne Biangone is a Clinical Professor and Interim Associate Dean for Education Programs. She is a nurse educator and academic leader focused on strengthening workforce diversity by improving nursing student success and the learning environments that support it. Biangone’s scholarship examines factors that influence academic performance, particularly resilience, goal attainment, and psychological capital, and translates findings into practical tools for students and faculty. I work nationally and internationally to support programs serving learners from low-income and marginalized backgrounds, with an emphasis on mission-aligned student support, fair testing policy, and faculty development that promotes equitable outcomes.
