Job Description:
This Teaching Assistant (TA) position will support Sociology/Nursing 285A Qualitative Methods I and 285B Qualitative Methods II.
Job Responsibilities:
The TA will assist with grading, meet with students who need support, lead small groups, and support the Faculty of Record (FOR) with other course-related tasks, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior completion of Sociology/Nursing 285A and 285B
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for developing teaching skills and experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior teaching experience
- Experience with qualitative data collection and analysis
Time Commitment and Compensation:
