Students can produce an enrollment verification in the UCSF student portal. Access this function under the "Study List and Grades" tab. Self-service enrollment verifications are free of charge.
Employers:
Please contact the National Student Clearinghouse to verify degrees and certificates. If, after seeking a verification from the National Student Clearinghouse, additional elements of a graduate's record require verification, please complete the Education Verification Request Form.
Graduates:
To order an official transcript, please see instructions from the Office of the Registrar.
Post-Masters Certificate graduates prior to fall 2019 seeking a copy of your transcript, please email the School of Nursing at [email protected].

- A licensure form completed (CA or out of state)
- Confirmation of a specialty (for MS graduates prior to the fall 2013 term)
- Confirmation of MEPN pre-licensure education
- International licensure requests
