Professor of Clinical Nursing Naomi Schapiro, RN, PhD, PNP, is the author, with Assistant Clinical Professor of Family Health Care Nursing Jayme Mejia, RN, MSN, FNP, of “Adolescent Confidentiality and Women’s Health: History, Rationale, and Current Threats,” an article reviewing the history, developmental issues and current threats in the U.S. to adolescent confidentiality in health care.
