"This highly prestigious honor is the highest distinction that a researcher in the health services field can achieve.  It recognizes Dorothy's stellar career applying health economics and statistics to improve public health worldwide.  Dorothy joins a community of past recipients that reads like a "who's who" of health services research and health policy.
