Kathy Dracup receives HFSA Lifetime Achievement Award

Former Dean, Kathy Dracup, RN, DNSc, FAAN, received a “Lifetime Achievement Award” from the Heart Failure Society of America this morning, September 19, 2011, at their 15th Annual Scientific Meeting in Boston. The award is “In recognition of her life-long significant and sustained commitment to the field of heart failure”.

Mentored Research Scholar Award from American Cancer Society

Dr. Christina Baggott, an assistant professor in the Department of Physiological Nursing, has been awarded a Mentored Research Scholar Award by the American Cancer Society.

This award is designed to support junior faculty members to become independent investigators as either clinician scientists or cancer control researchers.
