Improving Health and Development of Foster Adolescents: The Foster Youth Health Project

The purpose of this longitudinal study was to test a collaborative intervention with advanced practice nurses and community volunteers to improve physical health, mental health and developmental outcomes of adolescents in foster care. The project is in the data analysis and dissemination phase.
